RSA - Robert Spence Agency is an established Texas/New Mexico booking agency/management company, licensed and bonded representing kids, men and women models and actors for film and television production, editorial, commercials, music videos, live promotions and fashion events. We are an award-winning agency launched in 1961 in Lubbock, Texas. RSA - Robert Spence Agency was founded by Robert Campbell and Spencer Raulerson and purchased in 1976 by Brenda Becknell. Robert Spence now RSA as some have come to call us, opened for the purpose of managing models and actors developed in Texas. Clients include casting directors, production companies, advertising agencies, talent and modeling agents, directors, photographers, and other industry professionals statewide and nationwide. RSA has expanded placements into regional markets, including Texas and New Mexico. professionals. RSA actors have booked lead and supporting roles in feature films, as well as parts in television pilots, episodic, and series including series regular, recurring, guest-star, and co-starring roles. RSA talent have also booked countless national and regional commercials, print and internet campaigns, music and industrial videos, and noteworthy live appearances.

Brenda Becknell

RSA owner Brenda Becknell has taught image awareness and professional modeling since 1972. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Brenda produces an intensive showcase of talent including benefits, fashion shows, and corporate events to education for new models and actors looking to break into the market.
Brenda has a vast talent network she has worked with over the years, trained, and showcased with several of the most respected agents and casting directors in the industry. Brenda is also involved in many organizations in Lubbock and volunteers for many activities in the community. As a professional speaker, she has presented a variety of programs, and coordinates many benefits, corporate event to private affairs. Through the RSA Academy, Brenda and the RSA staff is dedicated to the education of potential models and actors and works hard to help further the careers of talent by participating in events like the Model and Talent Expo held in Dallas each year, offering workshops by premier casting directors and agents, and hosting various seminars and competitions. New and beginning models and actors are given the information, tools, guidance, and exposure necessary to compete in markets from Dallas, New York, and Hollywood.
Jason Davis

Jason Davis, an ASMP and NPAA photographer who joined Robert Spence in 2010 as marketing director, talent scout, photographer, and producer. His experience in production and entertainment brings an intensive portfolio for actors and models pursuing larger markets. Jason is extremely active in the community.
Creating and producing events in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. He has also produced numerous commercial television and video productions in an around Texas and New Mexico. Jason is the past host of the Model and Talent Expo in Dallas which provides a tremendous vehicle for talent to showcase and network with high profile industry professionals.
He is dedicated to discovering and placing our roster to all opportunities in the acting and fashion industry. His work with agents, producers, and casting agents from coast to coast has helped many actors, models, singers, and dancers showcase their skills to a national audience. Jason has helped place several models with agencies around the globe.
Ali Warren
Booker | Fashion/Commercial Print | Office Manager
Ali joined the agency in 2011. After graduating from TTU with a degree in Political Science and Global Studies, with a minor in Arabic, she headed to Dallas in 2016 and was named Model of the Year at the Fashion and Talent Expo. Before crossing over to the agency side Ali has appeared in numerous television commercials, print ads, commercial print, and publications along with appearing in numerous fashion shows. She teaches model trends, fashion, and modeling technics on a regular basis. Ali now runs the day to day office activities along with handing the majority of RSA booking request and special projects.
